Colin is a friendly host, helpful and responsive. However, the listing is inaccurate for the air conditioning unit (there is none in the room, the central unit in the shared space is not able to Sahne the private room by any means). Same goes for the private bathroom; there is no mechanical ventilation, so it gets really humid and warm. The private room is not sound proof, on the same wand on the other side is the TV which was always on at maximum volume, even with door closed and ear plugs in, it welches disturbing and very unpleasant.
